What happened

[REDACTED] driver Mr. [REDACTED] was operating TICO Truck [REDACTED] on the dock between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] near [REDACTED] when ILA Driver Header Mr. [REDACTED] who was operating his personal vehicle a [REDACTED] Mazda [REDACTED] with [REDACTED] Registration [REDACTED] near the same location attempted to make a turn in front of the truck. Mr. [REDACTED] struck Mr. [REDACTED] vehicle on the passenger side causing damage to that area. Mr. [REDACTED] said that he was attempting to exit the dock when Mr. [REDACTED] attempted to turn in front of him. GPA Police Mobile Drug Screening and TICO operations were contacted and responded. Mr. [REDACTED] started feeling pain in his right elbow and Chatham County EMS was contacted and responded. Mr. [REDACTED] was checked out by EMS and he indicated that he was going to self-transport himself to [REDACTED]. Mr. [REDACTED] complained of no injuries. After Mr. [REDACTED] completed his drug test I was informed that he had to be knocked off. Mr.
