Mr. [REDACTED] indicated he was operating as the flagman when a jockey truck unknown number entered his lane and allegedly threw an object at him striking him in the face. Mr. [REDACTED] indicated his hard hat flew off upon being struck by the thrown object. The driver of the unknown jockey truck was identified as foots by Mr. [REDACTED]. Mr. [REDACTED] indicated he was not in a notable amount of pain at the time of the incident so he continued to work.
