Mr. [REDACTED] said that he felt pain immediately stopped what he was doing and contacted his Header Mr. [REDACTED]. GPA Police Chatham County EMS Mobile Drug Screening and TICO Operations were contacted and responded. Mr. [REDACTED] has no previous injuries to his right knee and no medical conditions that contributed to his injury. Mr. [REDACTED] was checked out by Chatham Fire Department and was transported to [REDACTED] by his mother Mrs. [REDACTED].
