Material Handler alleges they were entering through the back of a truck to load the truck walking past the straps that are hanging down from the wall of the truck that lay on the floor as they are attached to the wall to move the pallet jack out when their feet became tangled in the straps causing them to fall landing on both knees and hitting their right hand right wrist right forearm and right elbow.
