An employee that was off loading was sweeping their area when the baler arm caught the right heel of employee pushing them forward causing them to fall. When employee fell they hit their knee (on ground) arm (cart) and nose (ground). Employee was given first aid and sent to Hudson Primary for evaluation. Medical care given was cauterization of 2 areas inside the nose (1 in each nostril) and 1 area outside the nose.
