Mr. [REDACTED] working Shipside on Gang 2 Dortmund Express in [REDACTED] said that he was stepping over the crane track near [REDACTED] when he rolled his left ankle falling to the ground. After falling to the ground he immediately contacted his Header Mr. [REDACTED] and made him aware of the incident. GPA Police Mobile Drug Screening and Chatham County EMS were contacted and responded. Mr. [REDACTED] was transported by Chatham County EMS to [REDACTED]. Mr. [REDACTED] was uncooperative refusing to give his social security number and also refusing to sign treatment authorizations. Mobile Drug was redirected to Memorial to administer drug testing.
