What happened
The incident occurred [REDACTED]. It had to be approximately between [REDACTED]. It was my first or second crate order so it had to be an LT7. It was one of if not the first pick in my wave. A large long black metal piece. High up maybe 50D or 50C. One end of the piece was wedged inside of the wood pallet. So it took some stretching to finagle and then lift it out. As I turned around to place it in the crate a sharp pain hit my back and continued throughout the day.
