Before the incident

I was working for [REDACTED] in production in metal assembly and lifting up parts and placing them on the line following the OSI[REDACTED]. My right shoulder started to become sore due to repetitive motion of lifting parts and placing them on the line. The pain continued to increase in severity throughout the day [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
What happened
I was working for [REDACTED] in production in metal assembly and was lifting up parts and placing them on the line following the OSI-JSA. My right shoulder started to become sore due to the repetitive motion of lifting the parts and placing them on the line. The pain continued to increase in severity throughout the day. Since [REDACTED] when the pain began it has worsened over time. The pain began in the back of my shoulder then spread down then over toward my spine in the middle of my back and then up towards and into my neck in the middle-spine area and then to my right-back collarbone-shoulder. By the middle of my work day the pain is severe. In the morning the pain is present and I feel a pressure-pushing sensation and the pain is a plus4-5-10. By around [REDACTED] the pain is at a plus9-10. By [REDACTED] the pain is almost unbearable. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
