Coming out of swarf. Passenger on 2 seated flatbed cart wearing a harness because i was going to go on the lift. Part of my harness must have come undone and the strap of the harness got caught in the front tire and pulled me off the cart. My right hand hit a pile of steel and cut my ring finger.
