Before the incident

I take five latches out of the bin. Then I walk up to the machine and load the line to feed the robot. The latches are in my left hand then I put each latch down onto the pins with my right hand. Then I walk back to the bin and pull out five bars that weighs about 5-6 lbs each. Then you set the bars up on a table to put a nut on each one. Then you load the bars onto the conveyor which is next to the table that feeds the robot on the right side. Then you go back to the left side to load the conveyor with pins to start the job all over again. I told the boss that theyre spraying the bars too much with the anti-rust coding which is causing them to stick together. They put 160 bars in the bin which makes it too tight to pull them out.
