The left side of my hip is hurting and the pain progressed especially when I work a certain job handling a machine. I noticed the pain on the left side of my hip [REDACTED] as I was working the tie down job which is on the box line 46. I have to use a machine to lift parts and place them on carts. The machine itself is heavy and hard to maneuver. I float I don t have a specific job and I m not usually on this job. I ve been working this job since [REDACTED] when I came to the box line.
