[REDACTED] s written statement Right at [REDACTED] I was walking up the ramp at my job to warm my food for lunch. I turned more than halfway up the ramp to the right and stepped up to cross over to get across the walkway and my left foot tripped over the metal border. My right leg stretched out as I fell into a tote full of parts. My right side and right breast fell on the tote. I jumped up immediately and warmed my lunch.
