NO PROCESS NUMBER-no supervisor.: ee comes to medical with low back pain that started after bending over. ee states you have to go take chain off the front of the truck there is so much paint on them you have to hit them with a lead pipe then you have to hook it to the truck below knee level and then i have to grab a bungee cord and bend down and hook it underneath the hood and then go to the back and do the same thing and when i bent over i felt low back pain.
