Before the incident
Fuel strap x 11 months Ford x 11 months My left shoulder is hurting. My shoulder has ben sore but during my last shift the pain became much worse. I get the straps from the crate and put the straps on the hoist. The hoist operator lifts the gas tank while I stand under it to secure it shooting 3-4 shots overhead. There are times when I also lift the fuel tank to the hoist. I think the repetitive overhead work is causing pain. PPE: safety glasses tear away gloves [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
