Before the incident

I have been doing this job for four years and I like it. My back has been bothering me since [REDACTED] when I think I strained it lifting cases of seatbelts from nearly empty dunnage area to new rack. I was lifting them from the floor to my left to the new stocked rack up to my right. I also insert the slider onto the B-pillar and then attach and connect the seatbelt shoot the slider on the B-pillar and then bend over to shoot the floor shot. I just feel the pain at the bottom of my spine and then it wraps around the front of my left leg. Bending over hurts the worst but sometimes I just get sharp pains that nearly knock me over. I have been using bio-freeze and heat at home and that helps some but [REDACTED] is just really bad. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

What happened

EE reports left lower back pain that starts at his sacrum and goes up the left lower side of his back and wraps around front of left leg. EE reports pain started [REDACTED] and he has been managing it at home with topical medications and heat. EE reports he thinks the pain started from twisting motion from left to right on his job [REDACTED] when he was lifting cases of seatbelts from one area to another. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
