Before the incident

I have been on this job for 3 years and nothing has changed on it but I noticed [REDACTED] that the lower right side of my back was hurting. I talked to my supervisor about it and he coached me on not pushing the IP in more than once because he thinks that extra push is what might be hurting my back so I stopped doing that but my back is still really tight and sore near the bottom on the right. It feels like a big knot. I have been using ice and heat at home and that helps a lot with my naproxen but when it wears off the pain comes back. [REDACTED] BSN [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

What happened

EE reports right lower back pain worse with pushing in the IP on her job. EE states she has been on same job x 3 years with little change. EE reports that she has spoken to her supervisor about it and he has coached her on not pushing the IP in more than once and she has adhered to that coaching but is still having pain.
