Before the incident

I take the block and the prop out from under the tailgate. When I take the block out [REDACTED] was holding up the liftgate and then I move and they drop the liftgate. I guess [REDACTED] got distracted [REDACTED] and dropped it on my head. I was wearing my toboggan so it kinda slid of the right side of my head after it hit me. It happened [REDACTED] and I reported it to Hope but I thought I was fine so I didn t want to come to medical. [REDACTED] though I am having throbbing on the top of my head and the right side of my neck hurts. [REDACTED] BSN [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

What happened

EE reports getting hit in the head with falling [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. EE reports taking out the block while his partner [REDACTED] holds the door up. EE states he believes [REDACTED] got distracted and dropped the [REDACTED] prior to him moving out of the way.EE reported this to his Supervisor but did not want to be seen by medical as he thought he would be fine. EE reports that [REDACTED] he woke with throbbing pain in top of head and sore right side of neck. [REDACTED] BSN [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
