What happened
EE states he and fellow EE [REDACTED] had diagnosed and were fixing an issue with the shaft. States went to engaged power to check for completion. Used a small pair of channel lock pliers to apply pressure to rotate shaft. Grabbed a hold of the shaft and went to pull upwards toward fixed portion of line and pliers gouged into my right hand by thumb.
