What happened
EE states he and fellow EE [REDACTED] had diagnosed and were fixing an issue with the shaft. States went to engaged power to check for completion. Used a small pair of channel lock pliers to apply pressure to rotate shaft. Grabbed a hold of the shaft and went to pull upwards toward fixed portion of line and pliers gouged into my right hand by thumb. Approximate 3 cm laceration to right hand below thumb actively bleeding. EE states he completed his job before reporting to medical. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
