I heard a snap Hoist broke above the pennant and did not catch on the safety cable. The weight of that picked me up in the air the hoist handle came down and hit [REDACTED] in the shoulder. I was just trying push it and get out of it s way. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

While they were spinning the axel to deck it the hoist snapped and the EE pushed it and was lifted up of the ground by his right arm. It came crashing down handle hit [REDACTED] in the shoulder and nearly hit EEs Right leg. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
