While they were spinning the axel to deck it the hoist snapped and the EE pushed it and was lifted up of the ground by his right arm. It came crashing down handle hit [REDACTED] in the shoulder and nearly hit EEs Right leg. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
