Before the incident
EE was helping another aide with a behavioral resident who was in a wheelchair. Trying to get them to the bathroom and bedroom
What happened
EE was in front of the wheelchair and was lifting up PT’s legs a little at the knee because PT’s feet were dragging. Other aide accidently ran over EE”s foot with the wheelchair. Causing EE to fall backwards. She caught herself with her left arm and she fell on her bottom.
