What happened
Employee stated that their back was hurting during cross training in the Material Prep area and experienced a burning sensation in their left leg. EE worked in material prep at skin flip and was being trained on kitting. EE believes that issue is due to bending down to get rails when pallets begin to run low. EE mentioned some back pain in passing to supervisor but did not specifically say that it was work related. EE continued to have issue and went to doctor without notifying EHS or supervisor.
