What happened
The maintenance technician was trouble shooting the cylinder of the tool cart as one of the cylinders was not going down as it should. The maintenance technician asked the process technician to push the control button to move the tool stop down. The tool stop caught on the tool cart and the maintenance technician tried to adjust it manually and put his hand in the line of fire. The cylinder was under pressure and suddenly actuated down. Pinching the finger of the technician between the tool stop and the tool cart.
