I was down in basement in parking garage at storage locker was moving boxes looking for something I shifted a box and a stack of furniture to my Right it caused a 40 lb. table to fall from the top and the base of the table hit me in the back of the head. I thought it was fine but received medical treatment [REDACTED] and was diagnosed with a concussion. Manager was new to this job so he didn 't know I had to report this until [REDACTED]. Requires to be off till [REDACTED] 2 23 for now.
