Per Driver account- Driver was having issue with the [REDACTED] of Vehicle# 661742 was catching on the left side step bumper and would not let the [REDACTED] deploy. Driver reversed direction to relieve the catch. Driver was then able to deploy the [REDACTED] completely and fully extend it. [REDACTED] walked around to the left of the [REDACTED] to climb up into the truck when at the midpoint of the [REDACTED] a tension arm released and struck Driver in the right side of the face.
