Driver stopped at customer Industrial Parts to pick up freight. Driver got out of the trailer and began to close the trailer door from the ground as they have no dock. The driver had problems closing the trailer door and upon pulling trailer door down said driver felt a pain in his chest and back. Pain began to increase over the following days. Driver also recently had a medical procedure on the [REDACTED] and returned to work on the [REDACTED] which may have caused complications.
