What happened
Associate was waiting on a trailer to back in. Once backed in the associate unlocked to lock and lifted the door and set the dock plate. When he was walking back out of the trailer after setting the dock plate the driver pulled out of the door again causing the associate to slip on the dock plate landing on his butt causing a pain in the lower back.
