What happened
[REDACTED] was working on the back door on unit#661152 two rollers were missing 1 out of the track. I removed the clamps for the missing roller then moved on to the roller out of the track unknowing at the time that roller was supporting the weight of the panel. When I removed that clamp unjammed the roller the weight caused the door to shift down on my ring finger and lacerated the tip of my finger on the hand I was using to support the panel.
