On [REDACTED] driver was out on a city delivery route. He had a hard time opening rear rollup door on trailer. The door would go up a few inches and then get jammed. From the ground the driver continued to push on the door and inch it up little by little. The driver struggled with the door for about 5 stops. After the 5th stop the driver began to feel pain in his shoulder.
