What happened
Driver was at Hardware Specialty in [REDACTED] making a pick up. Location has a dock and the pallet weighs 2000lbs. The driver was pulling the pallet jack with the freight on pallet [REDACTED]. An employee from Hardware Specialty was pushing the pallet to help assist the driver move this heavy pallet. While in the trailer the two of them lost control of the pallet. The pallet jack and freight on it ran over the drivers feet and body. Driver fell and hit head on trailer wall.
