The employee was working in the Make-up department and ascended the step ladder to check some machinery.

What happened

The employee was on a 3 step little giant ladder going up to the resting belt that connects to the sheeter where we stage toppings. First the employee moves the toppings out of the way to position the ladder. as the employee climbs up the ladder they are already reaching for the switch by the time the employee made it to the top step they had already turned off the motor. once the employee makes it to the stop step you can see how the employee starts to lean back and loose their balance. since they were so far leaned back the employee tried to step down but realized they were now away from the step ladder and had to fall hop to the ground. the employee lands on both feet but roles back to the ground. the employee was able to get up and return to work. the [REDACTED] the employee woke up with pain and decided after half of a shift that they want to go and be seen by a doctor.
