I was arriving to begin my shift
What happened
Upon entering the east entrance in the hospital I was walking in and the mat that is Infront of the doors got caught under my feet and I tripped and tried to catch my fall by grabbing on to the trash can as I was falling back the trash can then tipped over and fell on my right leg. There were two firefighters right there when the fall occurred and they tried to help and assist me.
