What happened
Took off gloves around capillary gas blood sample and lifted sharps lid with edge of gloves. As lid opened I dropped the blood sample and gloves in the red biohazard bin and my bare right ring finger caught the black internal latch. My skin on my finger was broken and a small amount of blood present.
