What happened
I tripped over SCD power cord that was sticking out from under bed 18. [REDACTED] ([REDACTED] hire PCT) and I were moving the patient 's bed in the room. I walked around from the right side of the bed the SCD power cord was sticking out and caught my foot. My right jaw hit the left side rail of the bed. My knees hit the floor and I fell on my left hand. [REDACTED] ( the charge nurse) was passing by as I was on the floor. She helped me up and had me sit down. I have pain when I move my left thumb and my right knee is sore. I also have a slight headache.
