What happened
The charge nurse and I were assisting a patient to sit up. I extended my hand to the patient to help him sit up he grabbed my hand but pushed back when I pulled and was very heavy. I felt my back pull when this happened and I let go. As the morning went on my back began to hurt a bit more.
