She was walking in the hallway on the way to the lockeroom when her foot slipped inside of her slip on shoe. As she tried to correct herself she fell to the floor on her right side. There was no liquid or debris on the floor at the time. She also stated she has had these shoes for a long time and this is the first time this happened.
