What happened
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] was in the back dry storage area he reached down to pick up cases of salad dressing. His Left hand went in between the stack of dressing and another stack. The top of the other stack had a case of caper jars on top. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] did not realize that there was broken glass jars in the pack. When he moved his hand down a piece of glass caught his 1st knuckle on his middle finger left hand. The cut is about 3 4s of an inch across but very deep.
