Employee walked out of the warehouse office to take a photo of some freight. There was a small amount of liquid on the floor that she stepped in slipped and fell.

Hydraulic fluid. A pre-shift inspection was completed on this lift but after speaking with the tech who repaired it immediately the leak was not a constant stream that would have been noticed by our lift operator right away.
