Before the incident
[REDACTED] was plasma cutting a impeller casting after break with his glasses and helmet on when he felt something in his eye. He stopped working and walked over to the eye wash station to flush his eye. He then notified his supervisor of the incident and the safety manager. We continued to flush the eye two more times until it felt better. The [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was still having discomfort in the left eye so we decided to send him in to the clinic to get checked out
