Associate back up lead had a stuck pallet in B level roll back carts . Associate decided to go inside the racking in A level and pull the empty cart in B level above from underneath with his hands. When he pulled the cart above the cart came off the rail and struck him over the head. Associate then immediately called a supervisor over to the scene. Upon arrival associate had blood coming down his face from the initial impact.
