Associate was walking down the walk path as she was turning to enter an Aisle way on the shipping dock she tripped over the corner of a skid. The associate fell face first into the floor she did not make contact with her face but did hit hard into the front of her body causing knee pain and soreness. She refused medical treatment at the time. There were multiple people in the area at the time.

Associate refused any medical care then on 10 7 23 associates stated she felt pain in her lower chest and ribs. She went to the Dr. thinking she has pneumonia and had been coughing. When she went to the Dr they stated she had fractured her ribs.
