What happened
[REDACTED] was driving in reverse down the main drive aisle. Another associate was coming out of [REDACTED] aisle and entering the main drive aisle just as [REDACTED] approached it. also on an MHE The other associate came out of [REDACTED] without stopping and turned toward [REDACTED] and the two lifts collided. Both forklifts hit right in the center of the counterweight. [REDACTED] stated that his back was jarred during the impact.
