What happened
Associate cut her right wrist while assigned to picking. CCTV reviewed showed the associate picking without PPE picks an item then grabs her wrist and runs off. GM onsite found the box that the associate was picking into last and discovered the knife dropped into the box by [REDACTED]. The knife had tape modifying the blade from retracting. The associate also made a statement regarding the incident stating she was cutting with her nondominant hand.
