Associate stood on roller rack while picking when an LTO from the back of the slot replenished the slot pushing the existing pallet forward to pin pickers left ankle between the pallet and roller rack.
Injury or illness
On 7 15 23 approx 17 15 KLS selector was picking watermelons and standing on the corner of the roller rack when an LTO came and replenished the pick slot from the back pushing the existing pallet in the slot forward causing the selectors left foot to be stuck between the pallet and roller rack. Associate was taken to the onsite nurse to be examined was sent to Concentra for further care.
