On [REDACTED] approx 1800 associate in aisle 53 pulled out an empty pallet from the pick slot felt some back pain but finished his shift and stated he felt fine going home. Woke up the [REDACTED] and the pain was worse he called off and reported this to HSE on [REDACTED]. On site nurse talked to associate and advised self care.
