Before the incident
[REDACTED] was climbing the step ladder on the pick cart to retrieve an item and hit their knee on a rod attached to the cart
What happened
While picking on D Level in the pick tower the associate was using the ladder attached to the pick cart. When they were coming down from the ladder the associate hit the right knee on a broken off bell that was once attached to the cart for notifying others. Over time the bell has broken broken off and the only remaining piece left if a metal rod and that is what the associate came in contact with.
