She was walking through the production area with head down and looked up just as she hit the hoist.

Possible concussion SG June 27 2023 Per [REDACTED] associate stated that she was okay and went back to work the day of the incident. DR June 28 2023 Per Supervisor [REDACTED] . She came into office and said she walked into the hoist in her area. He asked if she was okay and if she needed a doctor. She said she was ok but head hurt and that she could go back to work. She was told she could go home if needed and she said no she could work. A couple of hours later she decided to go home.
