Before the incident
Associate was using hoist to move cylinder part onto the kitting cart.
What happened
The cylinder got stuck and wouldnt go into the hole part of the kitting cart. When the part dropped down and it slammed onto the injured associates right ring finger between the cylinder part and the kitting cart. The associate pulled their finger out immediately. The associate stated they felt a throbbing numb pain.
