Pulling door chain to open dock door.

Contingent Worker stated she was pulling down the chains from dock doors 39. The chains got stuck and she had to try and raise it three times in order for the doc door to become open while doing so she felt a small pain in her right shoulder. She stated that it was only until after at the end of the day when the discomfort in her right shoulder had not subsided.
