[REDACTED] was starting his shift on [REDACTED] in the sand cleaning room around [REDACTED] he stated he picked the casting up with the jib crane to place on to his table. The casting was then unhooked from the jib crane by [REDACTED] while he tried to flip it by hand. The casting fell and landed on his left ring and middle finger causing injury
