A flap from one of the boxes struck the associate in the eye. Supervisor observed the eye and asked the associate if he needed an ambulance or medical attention from Security. The associate declined medical assistance and stated he was good to finish out the shift. Sometime after the shift the associate decided to seek medical attention and have the eye looked at.
